Minididou is a company specializing in breastfeeding for over 10 years, whose mission is to provide accessories and gifts for babies unique to our community of young parents around the world. All our products are stored in our storage center, and imported from abroad directly at your doorstep. For economic and ecological reasons, our stock is abroad due to more efficient and central logistics for the rest of the world. We are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers and this is reflected in our refund policy. Our refund policy applies to all purchases made online at https://www.minididou.com. In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are treated fairly, Minididou may require a receipt and / or refuse your return or exchange in certain situations, such as products that have not have been purchased directly on the Minididou website, products that have been damaged by the buyer, products with missing labels, products without receipts, products that have not been cleaned, products lost or damaged to the point of being unusable. Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. We do not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been opened, it cannot be returned if it meets the criteria of hygiene or health protection reasons. Minididou cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or misdirected. Please do not return your product to the manufacturer. If you meet all the conditions necessary for a refund, send us an email indicating the reason and attach a photo of the item (s) showing the size and its original packaging within 48 hours. receipt of the order for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo (s) before making a potential replacement or refund. Most of the time, we will reimburse you with the same payment method used. Verify that you have received a refund confirmation email from minididou.information@gmail.com. If you experience reimbursement delays longer than 14 days, contact your credit card provider, the reimbursement may take time before it is re-credited to your account. Items without sales are refundable, but unfortunately items purchased on sales are not always refundable.
